This reported screenshot shows that Samsung Galaxy S3 will have a 1. 8GHz Quad-core processor with the latest android OS, the Ice Cream Sandwich, also upgrade its RAM to 2GB and equipped a 12 megapixel rear-face camera.

If leaked picture is true, Samsung Galaxy S3 will show a 4.6-inch super AMOLED Plus HD display with TouchWiz 5.0 UI sense as an improvement feature from it predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S2.

The tipster source also claims that Samsung Galaxy S3 is thinner than the Galaxy S2 and like the Nexus Prime, this samsung’s android smartphone will be powered by Android 4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich, which was scheduled to launch on October.
